Well, I've done it all. Any genre. I retired officially in 2000' & started dabbling at guitar again recently. I can copy/play/mimic the toughest solo's, have my own unique style too and would love to put together a unique group (piano /keyboard/drums etc) to do the TOUGH to play/challenging classics and mind-blowing originals. If covers are involved, the Bass player I'm currently teamed with and myself prefer the non-standard, challenging music ( rather than the every day club tunes that every group plays ). We're more at home doing "Girl Goodbye" by Toto or "Feel So Good" by Mangione. No, we're not close-minded, just don't want to do the 'same ole-same ole' ya know? There are way too many local groups 'playin the blues' etc... Pretty young looking for my 50's. I will not waste time with anyone who does drugs etc. I built the first of a line of great Studio's from 1983-1998. If studio work is involved, it doesn't matter to me the project. If your a singer with a wide range looking to do the extra-ordinary, and new original music, I want to talk with you. I can write for virtually ANY voice and am a great arranger. If your a solo artist playing guitar /singing to the most advanced, If you need the perfect solo, or musical arrangement for your song then I'm your man... Over the decades I mastered some of the toughest solo's out there and can write/play (1st take) spectacular guitar solo's for virtually anything....all for fun these days! I'll work with those who just love music before those who are on egocentric head-trips, ANY day...you know the old saying...'been there...done that'...I'm just an 'easy-going' guy....

A LOT of great local people I played with from about 1970 to the 90's!
Many well known musicians too. In fact, some of us were fairly successful. To this day, if I hear something I like, I learn it and tend to retain it all -rather miraculously! If I'm going to play a great cover or original
piece, you can take it to the bank it'll be totally consistent every time I play it....
