I want to form a group with a R&B/Pop female singer, Must be over 18, a group similar to Fugees or Black Eye Peas.
I write, sing, and rap. I want to put out a CD this winter, by Feb 2010. I have 12 songs ready to go, with 8 of the songs really needing a female singer. Seven of these songs will be recorded at Hassan studio, http://www.soundclick.com/bands/default.cfm?bandID=278311 , here in Dallas, and the rest will be recorded at my studio in Grand Prairie. Those will probably be mixed at Hassan studio.
I will not start recording until early December, but must find female singer by early November.

I have one song that’s a solo for a female, but most of them would be duets or you just singing the chorus.
These songs are rough cuts and on some older beats that are being cleaned up, but they will sound better when recorded by someone who knows how to mix music. The songs that I want a female to sing on are.
Black and White, Every Time as a duet, Addiction as a chorus, Losing Her as a Duet, Children of the Dark as a chorus, and a few more.
Its breaking me to pay for the studio so there will be no payment to record the songs, but when it comes to selling CD’s and hopefully performing that’s were we could make money.
