ABOUT

I recently just moved here from Dallas, Texas from one of the biggest music scenes. Now that I am here, I am ready to begin a new project. This area seems to be on the shrunken side of the music scene and I definitely feel with the right group of musicians this can all change. My name is Taryn and I have been playing drums for a little over 17 years in a variety of music genres. Anywhere from country, punk, metal, thrash, blues and my personal favorite Alternative Metal. I am looking to get a project going as soon as possible with Alternative Metal. Some of the biggest influences that I have are Deftones, Incubus and Chevelle. I have several songs already completed to get us started but need the rest of the band to continue from there, build from what I already have and keep going on making some kick ass music! I am a go getter and enjoy being engulfed by music. My goal of this project is to play shows and expand - while having fun of course. Music is my motivation and I hope to find like minded musicians that feel the same. If you or someone you know may be interested, please feel free to get in contact with me. I would be more than happy to listen to any recordings/ samples you may have and go from there. I am really pumped about this and see good things coming. I have quite a few connections and once things pick up getting shows and possibly even traveling would be no issue. But you have to start with a foundation first and we have to build with portfolio of music that our listeners will want to hear!
