My drummer and I are looking for a co-guitarist (to play dual leads, solos, and rhythms), a bassist, a pianist (that can do effects as well) and a vocalist for our band...
We have 22 songs written on Guitar Pro as far as the guitar work goes. I also have countless other songs not fully completed that I'm eventually going to make into full-length songs...
Let me set the record straight, I've been playing guitar for around 11 years, I formed my band earlier this year (2010) to honor and carry on my buddy's life that ended tragically last year.
I am fully committed to making music and I would describe our music as if you made a mixture of TooL, Deftones, Killswitch Engage, System of a Down, Coheed and Cambria, old-school Metallica, and Radiohead...if that makes sense...

EQUIPMENT
Paul Reed Smith CE 24 Maple Top Electric Guitar with an HFS (hot fat and screams) pickup in the bridge with the vintage pickup in the neck. Marshall Valvestate Halfstack (100 watts) and a Boss Phaser Pedal.
We also have a Peavy 115 watt bass amp with a Fender bass guitar.
Sonor Drumset.
P.A. speakers (2x 50 watts) as well as a powermixer and 3 monitors.
