We are an all original Sarasota band looking for a lead guitarist to recomplete the circle. Our former lead guitarist moved to another state, and we need a person who can come in and fill that role. This person must understand that we have established music, but are open to change and want that person to write their own part. So we don't really want that person to feel like they need to play the former lead's part note for note. On the contrary, we would like them to be creative while keeping the band's sound intact.
