I'm looking for a vocalist for any of the projects I have going. One is Big Hairy Monster, a prog rock band here in Warner Robins that is established but looking for a true frontman. You can check us out at bighairymonster.com

Another effort, dubbed "The Damp Wood Project" because we can't seem to find a vocalist to really make the fire take hold, is best described as a fusion of rock, funk, jazz, and blues. Newly formed, but with some really talented musicians, we're still looking for a vocalist that can really handle a wide array of styles.

Yet another project is leaning towards the West Coast Punk style, stuff similar to the Descendents, etc.

There is no preference between male or female vocals, but certainly if you're a chick, please expect that we'll ask you to sing some songs that were originally done by a guy, and if you're a dude, expect you may be asked to sing some songs that were originally done by a gal. But most of all, we'd rather get to the point that we're doing originals. So having a sense of how to put lyrics together is a big plus.
