Well-known cover band in Des Moines/Central Iowa area. Covers range from 60s, 70, 80s, 90s, 2000s. Some original material in the mix. We have professional PA, lighting, & private practice space. Goal is to be #1 cover band in Des Moines next year.
Practice 1x per week (minimum), several gigs currently booked and average 4-5 gigs over course of 2 or 3 weekends a month. Gigs include high-profile festival-type events such as Clive after Five, Urbandale Friday Fest, Music in the Junction, & others. Influences:

Wide range of influences: Classic Rock (Zeppelin, AC/DC, Kiss, Cream, Hendrix, & others), Modern Rock (Metallica, Incubus, FooFighters, Sublime, Alice in Chains, Stone Temple Pilots). Also play a wide variety of "vanity" tunes, e.g. 80s stuff like the Cars, Tommy Tutone, Duran Duran, the Knack, Billy Idol, or classics from the likes of Jimmy Buffet, Neil Diamond, and Van Morrison.
