Hello. My name is Tom Shemanski. I am a musician residing from either Brighton or Ypsilanti Michigan (depending on whether or not I'm at school). I am interested in jamming with anyone who is interested in writing lyrics and playing original music (pretty much no matter what you play). I am interested in an indie/folk/rock sound and am flexible with the genre. I was in a band called Tips for about seven years growing up (www.myspace.com/tips) and we recently have broken up. I got a lot of experience playing for many different types of shows, touring, recording and was the band leader. Tips was really fun, but I want to move on and be in a band or write music with a more mature sound.
