Greetings! I'm a former pro bassist (4 & 5 string) and backup vocalist who has been off the circuit for a number of years. However, the itch has grown too strong to ignore any longer and I need to play again.

I'm based in Huntsville, AL and looking for an opportunity to get together with some quality musicians who know how to have a good time doing what we love to do best: play music. I’m no stranger to studios & touring but I have no huge ego that has to be stroked.

I’m a down-to-earth guy who likes to have fun but I’m serious when it comes to practice and performing. There’s a time and place for everything, if you know what I mean.

Influences:

My musical influences are numerous. Starting with my initial impressions in the late 60's, moving through the 70's and into the 80's, I’ve played jazz, blues, classic rock, top 40, and country.

Beginning in the late 80's I began playing traditional & progressive Christian music in a Baptist church before moving into a contemporary praise & worship setting for the last few years that I really love.

I have to say that I’m no longer influenced by alcohol (praise God...) but I’m not offended by those who tilt a few.

Basses: '81 Fender Precision (professionally customized to my specifications), 1981 G&L L-1000 & 1998 G&L L-2500.

Amps: Ampeg SVT 350-T, Peavey Mark III combo, both with 4x10 cab.
