Brand new to Jax, I'm in riverside area. Primarily a lead guitarist, I can also play bass, percussion, DJ and produce electronic music. I write original music and that's what I prefer to play, though some covers can be fun. I came from Cleveland, where I was in a regional-gigging hardcore band for about 10 years. I booked shows, wrote the songs, played lead guit and performed backing vocals. I am open to continuing on in a similar genre, but what I'm really after is starting or joining a reggae band. I've recently become huge into bands like The Green, Soja, The Expanders, Fortunate Youth, and Rebelution. I'm looking to find drums, bass, keys, possibly horns and percussion, and of course a vocalist(s).
