We are three guys and one woman in our 40's and 50's who play guitar, bass, drums and keys and are looking for a lead singer for our newly formed Christian rock band. One of us does sing lead on some songs, but prefers harmony most of the time, and others sing backup on a few songs.
This is first and foremost about getting together to jam, have fun and praise God. We all have families and jobs, so this is somewhat casual, but we would like to play concerts at churches, parks, weekend retreats, coffee houses, etc.
We do have most of the equipment needed such as a soundboard, speakers, monitors and mics.
We play upbeat Christian praise & worship and rock such as the Newsboys, Chris Tomlin, Casting Crowns etc. Some of the songs we have been playing are Your Grace is Enough, Happy Day, Revelation Song, All Because of Jesus, No Chains on Me, along with a number of others.
If you play guitar or keyboard, added bonus but not required.
