I'm a fair musicianship, I play slowly when I need to. IF I can't read at a decent slow pace, I downgrade the skill requirements, there's a lot of music for free and purchase, I have a small library developing, I have all the music we need to get started. you should be able to read all the notes on the staff, if not all the notes up the board, and we can make it worth the time.
