Fiery guitar player, more-than-decent drummer (can handle odd time sigs), released a cd 2006, gotten some good reviews on Garageband.com. Age seems to have no influence on stopping my drive to continue to play. Like to meet some like minded players who are through with biochemical experimenting and want to do a steay light rehearsal schedule to keep a good band going in their life. Good covers and work into original stuff. You can hear my mix of "space blues" and experimental rock at "Jack Torn" on Garageband.com. CD is "The Wierd, The War, and The Blues". Also working on being an accomplished classical player.
Looking ideally for players LOCAL TO THE CRESCENTA VALLEY if possible. I have a great little rehearsal space also.
Cream, Johnny Winter, Harvey Mandel, Pink Floyd, Savoy Brown, Stones, Zep, Allman Bros, Aretha Franklin, Mississippi Fred Mcdowell, John Lee Hooker, Freddie King, Clannad, Pentangle, and many more I can't remember all of right now!
About six different electric gits (1 Strat, 3 SG's, 1 Les Paul), 5 acoustic gits, 2 basses (1 fretless, 1 Fender Precision); Amps: Legend, Crate, Acoustic (bass amp). Drums: Full set of great Pearls and ample cymbals. Live board: Tangent 12 channel. Other: all kinds of mic stands, 8 channel Kustom PA (works for small gigs). Various recording mics. And one "Rogue" electric mandolin which does a good job.
