If you join the band, we will reimburse your bandmix fee.
Imagine combining the psychadelica of 70’s Pink Floyd with the blistering guitar harmonies of 80’s Iron Maiden. Update those classic sounds with the modern progressiveness of Opeth and Mastodon, and you get Tungsten.
Formed in the summer of 2011, Tungsten spent the first half of 2012 captivating audiences at some of the best venues in Philadelphia. Recently welcoming Titi Musick (Kandela) on vocals, and featuring Mishah “Meesh” Salman (Pistolia, Nomad) on bass, JT Wieme (Willing Swords, The Rifle, Reverence) on drums, Justin Jones (Apex, Centralia, The Monroe Experiment) on keyboards, and Ben Grossberg and Jeff McCall on twin lead guitars, Tungsten is showing Philadelphia how female-fronted prog-rock can glow.
