=============================
We're a guitarist and bassist both originally from the east coast seeking a reliable (prompt, courteous, communicative) drummer to complete at least an instrumental power trio, or preferably the core of a larger group. We have about 2 hours minutes of material written and ready to perform live, plus another 45 minutes or so in the pipeline. We have practice space (with drums), dedication, time, and a relaxed but professional attitude.
We're looking for someone who can show up early and perform the
material, sure, but also someone who can influence our songwriting and
inspire us to play things that we otherwise wouldn't. Hopefully, your
pantheon of influential drummers includes one or more of Billy Cobham,
Neil Peart, Dave Lombardo, Bill Bruford, Tim Alexander, Terry Bozzio,
Tony Williams, Danny Carey... you get the idea.
We have a regular monthly gig in SF and have played around the area for
about a year.
Here's our newish page on ReverbNation that has tracks from our demo CD
which we recorded a year ago:

There are also videos on YouTube which you can get to from there.
Here's one that starts off pretty crunchy but has a pretty fusion-y
ending to it, so it should tickle your progressive funny bone...

FYI we're ready to go to the next level and gig weekly, do regional
touring, etc. (after the CD is done) and really the only limiting factor
for us is drummer availability. So if you're interested in the material,
check out the set of newer recordings we've made for potential drummers.
