Looking for a band with competent musicians, something different, possibly (Tower of Power, Mahavishnu Orchestra, the Roots, DJ Shadow, Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Herbie Hancock, various hip-hop). Possibly take all that and stir.

Primarily open to new, different, innovative ideas. Not interested in knock-offs of existing genres (nu-metal, shock rock, screamo/emo/indie/ etc.)

Looking for people who take their instruments seriously, but who are lookign for something for fun, am tired with the 'trying to make it' aspect.

Influences:

Everything from Neil Peart to Jordan Burns (strung out), Brooks Wackerman (Bad Religion), John Bonham, Harvey Mason, Steve Gadd, Chris Pennie (Dillinger Escape Plan), I have a fairly eclectic pool of influences.
