Untainted is a rising alternative rock and metal band from Gray Court, SC.
We are planning to be a traditional 5 piece band containing a lead vocalist, 2 guitarists, a bassist, and a drummer. However, we currently only have a guitarist, bassist, and drummer. Our rhythm guitarist is Nick Nowark, our bassist is Christopher Bishop, and our drummer is Ian Myrick.
Nick has been playing for about 9 years, and plays almost exclusively Metal, though he plays many different sub-genres of Metal, ranging from Heavy Metal to Thrash Metal to Black and Death Metal. He owns a red Jackson Warrior with a Peavey amp. Nick has also been performing in the surrounding area for about the last 6 years.
Ian has been playing drums for about 6 1/2 years, and plays many different genres of music, mainly Rock and Metal, but also Groove, Latin, Funk, Blues, and is learning Jazz. He has a Pearl export series Drum set with a snare (he has a new snare head, though it is not shown in the pictures) and 3 toms. He also has 4 cymbals (a hi-hat, ride, and 2 crashes). Ian is also the general manager and the main songwriter for Untainted.
Christopher has been playing bass for 11 years and singing for 13. He is also a percussionist and is majoring in music education at PC college. He has a Yamaha 4-string bass and a Squier amp.
We also have a designer/artist named Nick Godfrey who has done most of our artwork. Our mascot, named Legion (the skeleton on the main picture), was Nick Godfrey's work.
Ian is 15, Christopher is 21, and Nick Nowark is 23.
What we are looking for is a Rock and Metal lead guitarist and Rock and Metal vocalist (or one person who does both) between the ages of 15-24. We want someone with at least 3 years experience playing, and experience gigging would be helpful, though not required. Cameras of some sort would also be helpful, but again, not required, as Nick Nowark has mics and recording equipment, and Christopher has a camera.

On a side note, Ian is learning to play guitar, and owns a blue Charvel and Dean amp, though he's only been playing a few months. He is also a left handed drummer.

Ian Myrick- 5 piece Pearl Export Series Drumset with 14" snare, 10" High Tom, 12" Mid tom, and 14" Floor Tom with a 20" bass drum, Snare and Toms with Remo Ambassador coated white heads. 13" Zildjian ZBT Hi-hat, 18" Zildjian ZBT Crash Cymbal, 18" Meinl Crash Cymbal, and a 20" Sabian Medium Ride. Also a rock cowbell and tambourine.
Ian's guitar is a Charvel Desolation with 24 frets (which Jordan tends to use for some of the softer songs) and a Dean Practice Amp which isn't used for our songs
