Formed by high school friends, vocalist/guitarist Matt Thornton, bassist Aaron Thornton, guitarist/vocalist Trevor Burnside, and drummer Cody Greenburg in late 2008 from the dissolvement of their former band Alternate Projection, Verona Lane hit the Salt Lake City Underground Music Scene proving they had what it takes to rock SLC. Verona Lane self produced and released their EP "Small Town Anthem" in April of 2009 with constant local shows to support their EP effort.
