I love to have fun above all. If you lose sight of that, you might as well pack it in.
I've played in a few bands from classic alternative and metal, to blues and country rock, and have dabbled in pretty much everything from reggae, to alternative to "light" R & B.
I consider myself to be a good rhythm guitarist with some lead experience. However I wouldn't go so far as to say I've ever been the main soloing lead guitarist in a band except once. I can do short quick leads, but that's the extent.
I'm 54 and began playing at age 12. I'm the kind of guy who is not one to pull punches., I tell it like it is and I don't play games with people and I expect the same honesty and trust in return. But mostly I just like to play music and have fun doing so.
