Wayne is from SE Missouri and was influenced early in his drumming career after hearing a recording of Sandy Nelson called "Let There Be Drums". He began playing at the age of 7 and started performing at local clubs by the time he was 12. In the next few years he began to receive invitations to tour with artists such as Narvel Felts, John Wesley Riles, Albert King, Michael Martin Murphy, Charlie Rich and Freddy Fender. Wayne has played everything from the Holiday Inn circuits, small-to-large concert settings and Broadway musical-type affairs. You name it, he can play it! He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in the music industry, including a powerful onstage performance not to be missed !

Influences include many of the old jazz drummers to several current alternative artists.
