Everything is negotiable (even the stellar band name) -- here is Wily Willy's musical manifesto:

1) We have fun. If you ain't having fun, you can speak up, or bail -- no problems -- we'll still love ya.

2) There are no great expectations outside of having fun. If we decide to play a gig, fine, if not, fine. Optimally, we record original tunes, add some covers – and play the occasional festival or bar of our choosing. We wank for us, until we no longer enjoy wanking, or become bigger than the Beatles and split due to creative differences.

3) If you have something else to do and need to miss a planned monthly blast session, no problem, just let the guys know ahead of time. We'll probably go ahead and blast some noise without you just to keep "razor" sharp as we await your return.

4) Blah..blah..blah...get it? We are out to have musical fun and at least look forward to doing so once a month within everyone's schedule. No pressure, no serious expertise needed.

Now, with this simple four point manifesto, one might think we have no goals. Actually, we do! Tony and I want to record a five song Hick/Trip CD. We have the tunes, but would welcome yours to add to the studio recordings as well. We figure that the quickest way to get a set together is to record the originals, add some standard covers, and off we go – when we want to go.

Part of being Wily has led us to be good enough “hustlers” to have the bux on hand to rent out recording studio time etc. We’ll foot the bills; we simply need a drummer and possibly others to fill out the band.
