I say R&B, Classic Rock and Punk but there's much more to it than that. They only give you 3 choices. Kinda silly really. I think if I gave my 3 lest favorites it would be more fitting. So I think I will. My least 3 favorite genres are jazz, reggae and rap. Although, there is much of those I like as well. They are just my least favorite. I love playing challenging music but also like play simple popular stuff just as much. The challenging is fun but at the end of the day, the reward of people responding to the simple music is hard to beat. It seams that people can relate to the simplest of songs which helps them to escape this tough and complex world.

I play Guitar, lead, rhythm and in between. I can't sing an entire night but can definitely carry some of the load. I can sing Steven Stills but am also a little raspier and love singing and playing Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top.

I also play bass. Been in many bands over the years. Most notably is the "Inflatable Friends" out of Portland Maine of which I was a founding member. Stopped gigging about 12 years ago as I became a single dad. Now things are changing and I have more time to dedicate to playing. I am professional, I don't make noise during rehearsals unless I'm suppose to. I do my homework and know my parts. I am looking to gig out of the Mid-Coast area. Influences

My biggest influences on guitar are Billy Gibbon's of ZZ Top, Joe Walsh and Don Felder of the Eagles. As far as bassist go, John Paul Jones is my biggest influence. Then Paul McCartney which I feel gets overlooked as a bassist. I really like Robert DeLeo of STP and of course Micheal "Flea" Balzary...

As far as music itself goes, every rock band since Elvis has had an impact on me. I love all styles of music and like to change it up as much as possible.

I prefer to play guitar but will play some bass to. I enjoy playing both...

EQUIPMENT

I have an American Fender Telecaster with Texas Special pickups and an Epiphone Strat, Epiphone Gibson SG along with several acoustic guitars. I have a Fender Deluxe Reverb tube amp and a Vintage Peavey Special 130. American Fender Precision Bass with a monster Trace Elliot ELF amp and cab plus a Eden 210 cab.
I also have many other instruments from drums to PA gear.
