Our band has never been one to take things too seriously. We all really enjoy what we do and try not to let the music we're listening to over-influence our musical decisions. We don't have an idea for what type of song we're going to write when we start putting riffs together. It all just sort of comes together without any pre-conceived notions of what our fans or other people might think sounds good. We've never said "I want my group to sound like Bury Your Dead or The Nodes Of Ranvier!" We've never added any smooth metal-core riff or specific styling into our music because we listen to that kind of music. We write completely outside the box, and that annoys some people and frightens others. Others enjoy it. Music for us. Music for our fans. The rest can piss off.
