I have been writing songs for about 4 years now and recently moved to Houston and playing open mics around town after living in San Marcos and am looking to start a band to play original music, although I now have 20-30 songs I would like also write with a band. My songs are an eclectic mix of modern/classic rock, folk, funk, and jam music. I am not looking for people to play what I tell them to but musicians with the creative sense to come together and create something I never expected and no one has heard. With that said I have no requirements of your background, only that you are experienced and can improvise. Only one rule: make good music, how we get there doesn't matter.
