Here's the deal; I like to play music. I play guitar, bass and keyboards. I have a practice studio and a PA. I'd love to play in a fairly large band - keys, guitars, bass, maybe even horns & lots and lots of vocals.
But there's no way that type of band would make much money.
For the band.
But I can see a large-ish band like that playing for the local festivals for free, maybe doing fundraisers for VFD's and/or people who need surgery or who's house burned down.
I'm not a superstar, never will be. But I've been involved in situations where the right MIX of individuals made the individuals sound better than they are, and that's what I'm looking for.
