Love to play and will play with everybody. High stress job and playing is what keeps me mellow. I started playing out in south central Ohio in late 80s-90s in party rock and punk bands but my grove is really in 90s rock and power pop covers or southern rock. Playing with two groups now but happy to sit in for new projects on bass or guitar. I play lead on occasion but I’m better in the pocket. I know a lot of people in the music community and where I can’t help I might be able to suggest better alternatives.

What isn’t an influence. Love Bob Dylan to Zeppelin, corporate rock to Sheryl Crow, Stones to Allman, Clapton to Aerosmith, Black Sabbath to Green Day. Buddy Guy to Robin Trower Pretenders, to Petty, Ramones to prog rock. Most recently stuff in the nature of Royal Blood, Foo Fighters, Spoon, (even the 1975), etc.

EQUIPMENT
Probably 20+ guitars and basses. Main players are Fenders, Ernie Ball and Gibbys. I primarily run a Helix for modeling Amps and effects through Sunn Coliseum cabs (for bass) and Marshall, Fender or Vox tube amps (for guitar) for 80s-90s stuff and Fender tweed or Vox 30s for blues tones. Occasionally running a cube as a pre amp.
