Just came around to update my profile. Not really sure what I'm in search of, in terms of musicians.
Classically-trained musician / music major in school. I have a wide variety of interests, genre-wise. I play piano, keyboard, organ and bassoon. My biggest interests would either be getting involved with doing some jazz (and that could mean a lot of different things), or doing some production of electronic music (mainly progressive house, lounge, etc...)
Biggest interest lies in making music that moves you emotionally.

Influences
Classical: All composers from Telemann, Vivaldi, Bach, Corelli, up through SOME romantic stuff, most impressionistic composers, and especially modern / post modern. Big fan of Messiaen and a lot of other organ composers.
Jazz: Literally everything. Jazz to me also includes big band and cabaret style music.
Electronic: Anything that is supremely listenable and has I guess what I'd call "intelligent musical substance" to it, whether it be really great textures and timbres, great melodies, good beats, or interesting chord progressions. Big fan of Dinka, Audien, Deadmau5 and other similar groups.
