I am primarily a sax player, but I also do my share of singing. I'm 61 years old and started playing in 3rd grade. Played in bands my entire life, but never had to play music to support myself. The last band I was in played regularly in and around Indianapolis. We were regulars at the Slippery Noodle. We aren't your standard bar band. We play an interesting mix of Blues, R&B, Funk, Rock, Jazz/Fusion, covers, always striving to make each tune uniquely our own. Everything from Galactic, Tiny Town, Delbert, John Mayer to Steely Dan .

Steely Dan, Neville Bros., David Sanborn, Dr. John, James Brown, Jjohnny Lang, Buddy Guy, Freddy King. We like a lot of different stuff. New Orleans Funk and R&B is pretty cool for us. The Meters, Anders Osborn...it's a long list and growing. ;-)

EQUIPMENT

We have a studio and record each rehearsal and monitor thru aviom headphone rigs. We have enough PA and lights for smaller indoor gigs, but the goal is to just pay a sound guy to do "all that" so we can work the crowd and enjoy playing. We play a couple gigs per month and try to rehearse weekly.
