Band to Join, Other, Keyboard, Drums, Bass Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Lead Guitar, Rhythm Guitar, Vocalist.ABOUT
Dudes, I want to form my own blues-alternative band. Look, I've been jammin since I was 9. Now I'm 57. You do the math. Math gives me a headache. I took guitar lessons from Dave Owen, the lead guitarist for Critical Mass. I went to high school with Scotty Migone, a world famous session guitarist. I'm not completely inexperienced, but know a lot to squeek me by. I prefer playing Led Zeppelin over most other songs, but can play almost anything if I listen to it at least twice. I'm not super fast, but can still rock the house. I'm just looking to get back into the rock scene after a very long "vacation." I just recently found my tone (a Boss '59 Fender Bassman pedal overdrive, with a Boss DF-2 Super Feedbacker - the harmonics are absolutely fantastic). in 2007 I shot a documentary about the So-Fla rock scene in the 1970's-1980's, called "Rock and A Hard Place: Another Night At The Agora" - now playing the film festival circuit. The film trailer is at you tube dot com / v / 9otLy7eYeVk - I also used to be The Regs graphics man & album designer (see below) - Email me at hienz1 at juno dot com .

EQUIPMENT
* 2 guitars - (a custom, setup by Doron Markowitz at D Guitars & Lutherie in Cape Coral FL, has 2 humbuckers - both share a coil-cut switch, it has a master volume/master tone, 3-way pickup selector, AND NO WHAMMY), and a Yamaha RGX-612A (the exact same model used by the lead guitarist for Marylin Manson) - see pictures.
* My stomp-boxes are: Boss tuner, VOX Wah-Wah, Boss '59 Bassman (overdrive), Boss DF-2 Super Feedbacker, Metal Zone, Joyo Vintage Phase (MXR 90 clone - works great), Digitech Multi-Chorus, TC Electronics Trinity Reverb (w/Tone Print). I'm working on getting a TC Electronics Delay. All mounted in a pedal board I built myself,
* an amp (Johnson Blueline 50R - it's 12" speaker was designed by Boniface, has a tube tone, it's so loud - soundguys at any gig always tell me to turn it down to 2, everyone who hears it wrongly assumes its a killer vintage brit valve piggy).
