10centSunday was started by David and Adam Nickle in Prescott, AZ. Our music is all original and eclectic, though our main styles are acoustic and alternative. Most of our songs play well at open mic nights with a cajon, but some are definitely fit for the big arena.

David is currently serving in Germany. He intends to participate as much as possible by recording remotely, but I intend to also do some live gigs around town for practice and to gauge reactions to the music until he gets back, which is expected to happen some time in the next year. We want to go big, but we want to avoid labels if possible (we're open to a good label if one exists...).

Above all else, we don't want to fall into a creative rut. If you're personal style is different from ours, that's probably a good thing; we like to take half-written songs in entirely new and surprising directions. We only play good songs. If it isn't good, we'll make it good or trash it.

Fender Mustang III v1 all-in-one amp, sm56 microphone and stand, Fender acoustic guitar, Gibson Les Paul. We won't aim for more equipment until we have a good sound to funnel through it.
