Have been writing songs since 13. Have a great ear and a decent understanding of theory. I try to feel it out more than going to any “formula.” I love all kinds of music, including experience playing middle eastern music with quarter tones. (Persian Tar, Santur) I’m constantly writing music some of which doesn’t fit with my band (Astralnaught, an Indie/Folk/Rock band) Acoustic based music is probably my favorite and the easiest to come to me, but literally can write pop-hip hop-country. All of which I have mad respect for. I am looking to give these songs to someone who could use them or write/collab for someone else. My band is also looking for a lapsteel/pedal steel guitarist and a drummer who is flexible and willing to coop with our other drummer (who is very busy). Also huge into poetry and lyric writing. Have the ability to record in industry standard quality as well. Free both days and nights. Big fan of “soundscaping” music w ambient effects etc. Not a shredder, more of a melodically lead guitar player. Also make beats/produce!
