I play mandolin, listen to and play Italian classical tunes, and getting more into gypsy jazz and jazz standards, Latin jazz. To name some of the stuff I’ve been playing, beyond the sea, fly me to the moon, besame mucho, moonlights on the thames, in Venice waters, manha de carnaval, green sleeves. I really enjoy lots of classical music varieties. I played guitar and sang folk songs and such like bright eyes, for a number of years. I’m really into instrumental mandolin now though, but I still do enjoy a bit of singing and strumming now and again. It would be awesome to meet another musician, to street perform with, play shows with and travel with. Be really awesome to meet another stringed instrument player like guitar ukulele mandolin. I really just picture playing with one other person or two, it would probably be good experience to play with a band if the opportunity arose and I’m open to do a bit of it. But in the long run coordinating with just one or two people sounds easier. And just from my experience playing with people, more what I want. I would enjoy accompanying someone’s songs whom plays kind of folk or indie or jazz style, or an instrumentalist who’s on the level I’m at, which isn’t super advanced but dedicated and enthused. And someone who would enjoy music and expand as a musician with me, and be a friend as well!:) I need more friends!

Influences
well I named some songs I play Above, and mentioned I like bright eyes. But musicians I look up to, I think Sonya first is really cool a mandolinist that’s into similar style of instrumental music as I am and super inspiring. Then Elisa Meyer Ferreira bandolimist is incredibly talented, I wonder if ever will be that good probably not.
