SEEKING

Band to Join, Bass Guitar, Drums, Upright bass.

ABOUT

Seeking a drummer and a bass/ upright bass player. Musicians with great dynamics and strong rhythm and groove. Wanting to start an original band... mostly Rock, Blues, Alternative/Grunge sort of style, but also some Country, Funk, Psychedelic and some Metal, too! Wide variety of influences makes a wide variety of sound. Would like to make a tight group with a solid sound and get out and play shows, record, etc.

I'm a guitar and harmonica player, singer and songwriter. Also like to play in open and slide tuning- I do play slide as well but that's not the purpose of the tunings, necessarily. I've got several songs ready to go, but would like to create more (you never know what might come up along the way). Looking for more than just the "singer-songwriter with a backing band" formula; would like to have a more organic feel than that. I have a strong work ethic for practice and enjoy jamming as well.

Links below to give you an idea. (More songs on reverb than sound cloud) Influences may help that too.
If this sounds interesting to you, get in touch and let's see what happens!
