I am a guitar teacher from the Central Jersey area. I have been playing guitar for about 12 years and teaching for about 4. I have played in all styles of bands, from jazz to orchestras to theater music and everything in between. However above all else I am a lover of all things metal. I am currently looking to form or join a melodic or symphonic metal band along the lines of Firewind, Symphony X, Falconer, Iron Maiden, Ozzy Osbourne, Nightwish, Leaves' Eyes or Sirenia. I would consider myself a proficient guitarist and can play either rhythm or lead guitar. I specialize in virtuoso-esque soloing techniques such as sweeping, multi-string tapping, and speed picking. I also have plenty of experience playing both live and in the studio.
