ABOUT
I'm an experienced and educated drummer, early 30s, 20 years experience. Played semi-pro in college; currently working as expat (Dutch native) in NYC. I practice 5-10 hours a week and can play with a click track.
I'm primarily looking for a band to play pop/rock/soul covers with, and don't mind putting in the time and effort into getting it off the ground. I have some resources to help with that.
I'm also willing to join melodic rock/pop bands with an established track record that play original music. Level of ambition is to rehearse regularly and play real tight. I'd rather have GOOD gigs instead of MANY, and am looking for an atmosphere that is both professional and fun.
Apart from joining a band on a permanent, full-membership basis, I'm also available for fixed-end projects, and am willing to work with singer/songwriters who need a drummer for only some of their gigs/material.
