As a native of Iowa, Alex began writing music at the age of 15. Like many artists, he’s navigated through many avenues trying to find the most honest and authentic version of his sound. Playing, writing and recording with many other musicians (Nathaniel Rateliff, Tim Reynolds, Kenny Logins, and more) and producers around the world has led him to his current home in San Diego, California where he has truly found his voice. Drawing inspiration from folk, Americana, Indie and other singer-songwriters, Alex’s unique sound will make you lean in and want more.
