I have dozens of songs that I'm ready to take to the stage and am going to put a band together. Just a quite note about me: Once I finish my work, I'm making music. I spend about 2-4 hours a day playing just out of sheer obsession. My dream is to make kick ass music and have a blast while doing it, and I believe that with the right people we can grow a big enough following to do something really special, loving every second along thew way.
I want to move strategically, honing our skills on stage together while making videos at home to promote online. I have a budget to pay for boosting posts, as well as eventually shooting a few music videos to promote on be.
I want to build a local following WHILE simultaneously fostering an online one, so if you're someone who wants to "work" as much as possible, my door will always be open.
I'll be linking some videos of me playing sometime this week so you can get an idea of what kind of music I make and whether or not you think it's for you.
My TOP priority is finding a drummer, preferably one who can step out of the typical ac/dc 4/4 (though I love ac/dc). If you're into jazz THAT'S a huge plus! I find that I'm at my best when I'm co-creating with an experienced and creative drummer.
Bass player comes next in terms of need and then I'd love to get a rhythm guitarist as well as a backup singer or two to add a little vocal harmony to the mix.
My goal is to get paying gigs as soon as possible and I'd be more than happy to split everything evenly. I know money is important to up and coming musicians and I want to give you every reason to stick it out with me. I may even forgo a cut since I have a good-paying job and would like to give everyone else enough to avoid having to spend too much time making money when they could be making music with me! haha
That aside, if you're as skilled as I'm hoping you are, we could literally rehearse 3-4-5- times any day starting next week (august 4th), and then get to work booking shows!

EQUIPMENT
I have a heavy keyboard at home though I need to purchase a portable one for shows. In the meantime I have an acoustic guitar and a fender strat with a twin reverb 65 and a looper pedal.
