I've played in gigging bands in high school and college. Looking to get back out there, in either an acoustic duo or 4 piece rock band. I prefer music with great dynamics between "heavy" and "soft, ambient" sounds. Think bands like Smashing Pumpkins, Thrice, Thursday, A Perfect Circle..etc. I am not very interested in playing covers, definitely prefer writing and playing original music. I have a slew of acoustic songs written, looking for a accompanying guitar/vocalist to play with or start a full on band.
