I am a 28-yr old semi-professional guitarist and male singer having 15 years experience. I live in Sunnyvale, CA.

I'm looking for band members to create my own pop cover band to have regular gigs; a keyboard player, a bass guitar player and a drummer for the core. Maybe we can add a female singer and brass later depending on the type of the event. I want to make this band a well-known party band and festival band in maximum 1 year timeframe so I need committed musicians to walk with me, without waiting for tons of money for the first months.

I had an amazing pop-rock cover band in Turkey named Non-Stop. We played almost all American hits and many Turkish popular songs for 7 years, in local and out-of-the-town venues, private events, weddings etc. I have total 15 years of experience in different types of bands. So I know how to make and manage a band.

My musicianship is good. For a moderate pop-rock song, it takes me 15-20 minutes to play all the main parts properly (if there's no labor-intensive solos etc in it) - and around 2 hours to be able to sing it properly. Very quick in transposing songs or chasing a song which I never played. I have all-around band experience as you can understand.
