I am a singer, songwriter, that is in a band now, but want to be in another one. We can do some cool covers, done our way, but I am mainly interested in originals. We can do whatever we want, as far as genre mixing/bending. This is to PLAY OUT. (We WILL get shows when we are ready. I put 'em together.) I am in Cranston, and have no space for this band, but I will drive a reasonable distance (30/40 minutes, or so) for practice.
I show up for shows, and practices ON TIME. And expect the same. No need for drama, drug addicts/alcoholics and any kind of BS. I don't care about your age. (I am 57.) I don't care about your gender, your orientation, and whatever it is you do. BUT, no "god freaks", boot lickers, and trumpster fires! (I do write *some* politically leaning stuff, but certainly not all.)
One guitar? Two guitars? Keys? Horns? Percussion? Allll good...
*I am ALSO looking for a GUITAR player, with vox, to do some acoustic duo stuff!* Some harmony/trade off vocals would be awesome. We can do my songs, your songs, our songs, and some cool covers, from any genre.
*I have a looper box, and a Yamaha e-kit as well.* And can incorporate those into some stuff do, if/when it works.
