I've done drumset for 3 years now, but I practice daily, so I'm good. Before that, I did African and Brazilian drums and percussion, and snare drum after that. It only lists three genres on this page, but believe me when I say I can play literally any genre. I listen to everything, so all genres are pretty ingrained in my head! I show up on time, listen to my fellow musicians when they talk and when they play, and love what I do.
