I am looking to join some musicians to play out once or twice a month. I enjoy mostly 60's material that you won't hear on FM. Satellite, maybe, but I dont have one, so I dont know! If I don't join a band, I am now looking for a guitarist, possibly a keyboard player and a singer with a PA system. You don't have to be sober all the time, just don't be heavily under the influence.

Influences
As for bassists: Paul Samwell-Smith, Chas Chandler, Jack Bruce. My singing influences are the Everly Brothers, folk and doo-wop bands from the mid to late 50's; then came the Beach Boys and Four Seasons, then Beatles, Byrds, etc. If the band had great harmonies, I really liked them. Believe it or no, I count Frank Sinatra, Al Martino, etc as influences, too. Yes, and I can do show tunes, too.
