Vocalist.ABOUT
Indie style rock, based on electric guitar and piano, with bass and drumer. We aren't much into mainstream sounds; we like bands like REM, Sloane, Yo La Tengo and many, many others.
We are seeking a female vocalist.
We currently practice in Nelson Township, near Nelson Ledges/Garrettsville area. Two members are from Youngstown. Bottom line is, we're flexible about where we practice and always seek to make the work (like drive time to practice) equal as we can for everyone. We've all been playing for years and play well with others.
We are looking to build a band around a really good singer... We all agree that a good
singer/frontperson is essential to a successful rock band.. There's a lot of room and opportunity for the right person. We welcome someone who writes music and words and is willing to write with us. Energy, enthusiasm and spirit certainly trump ability/experience.. Don't be afraid to grow with us.
The important thing to remember is that we're very open to working on things together, and also focused on working on new
songs as a band.
Obviously we all have jobs and lives... We want to have fun with this, if nothing else, and I think we all enjoy writing and playing original music,
especially onstage. All three of us communicate well and get along and we're serious about being the best we can! Please also be good about communicating promptly and being reliable.
Our immediate goal is to find a singer and build a set list and play out. We hope to accomplish this in the next 2-3 months! If you know someone who may fit in with us, please let them know! Thank you!

We like originality, we like musicians who are genuine, and who have their own sound.
