I am getting older and more confident with age. I grew up watching my mom and dad play gigs with local bands. They taught me how to jam to john cougar Mullen camp,Eric Clapton and bad company. When my father died in 1985 my mother never played again. Me, I sung in silence. Pushing my voice, repeating versuses till my voice had a similarity to what I was listening to. My husband can't believe how easily I can imperssenate voices. He says it's a gift. I hope so. I have been shy long enough it's time to share my voice with others. I hope I am giving the right description to catch someone's attention.i practice singing in the car and alone mostly. My kids heard me sing a lot and always tell me "mom that sounded just like the song..." I'm just still shy and not as young as I wish I was when I should've made some steps towards a passion of mine.forgive my rambling but it's important u know I can hold a note a long time....I use to practice opera even.
