i moved to the Denver area from Austin, Tx 6 months ago. In Austin, I was the lead female vocalist for Groove Knight, the number one wedding/corporate event/party band in the south central region.
We did not use iPads and we never had a set list. The band owner/leader would run every show like a DJ and would call each song as he felt it would fit the crowd. Therefore, we were to know all 300+ songs inside and out (lead and harmonies).
I have been looking to be a part of another wedding/corporate event/party band, since moving to Colorado. There is nothing more exciting than entertaining and making a large (or small) group of people have a night that they will remember for years to come!
I am very dedicated and committed to rehearsals, show dates and being prepared for all events, when given any opportunity that I have agreed to be a part of.
