ABOUT

Well Im a 39 year old factory worker father of 4 grown, grandfather of two,one on the way. I am a self taught songwriter from "Low Line" this is my name for the bottom portion of the u.s..Ive lived from Virginia to Baja Mexico and although I didn't live in every state, most just passed through. But the feeling was always the same; beaten down and tired, a past and present melded by hate, yet love was easy to find. I am a bluesman. Son House and Louisiana living made me this way. Anyhow I am a progressive home recorder enthusiast since I was 12. I mostly write and compose full demos noone hears. I don't consider myself an amazing vocalist..but some do. I really can't describe it. Imagine old bluesman with Maynard James tool style (holds and all) with Axl rose (young not so nasally either)and I can scream with some of the best, with technique, not force. I play alot of altered tunings, and use drum machines and homemade sounds to create atmospheric and ethereal songs. I want you to feel something, i want to make you question yourself, I want you to think. I am open to bands, but kinda just wanting to put some music out there.

EQUIPMENT

Oh not what it should be, but it does. I have a custom built hollowbody electric, special self designed "communist gretsch" humbuckers, rewound.stacked p90s basically. Full hollow.body archtop no trem but trapeze. Grover locking ebony buttoned all 100% m.o.p
And abalone, ebony fretboard, Gibson jumbo frets, s.s. pots and jack, bone but and African ebony floating bridge. Solid mahogany back sides and maple top with center stripe solid walnut. Hand stained with a natural cherry oil. Anyways...other electric is epi l.p. I routed itbfor fender STD. Trem and has one off pickups from local shop/artisan. Ibanez artwood zebrawood acoustic, vox tube ac30 anniversary. Loads of multitrack recording equipment. For field and studio. Vintage or not. Reel to reel? Chek. Cassette? Gotcha. Digital cd to mp3 wtf ever! I got it!!!! I do.prefer experimental sounds and random objects and machinery has instruments.
