Vocalist - Soprano, Rhythm Guitar, Lead Guitar, Drums, Vocalist - Alto.

Above sample is from a previous, unrelated work and only there to demonstrate my instrumental and songwriting competency.

All-original, Loud, DARK, Death-Magick Rock-and-Roll project seeks LIVE MEMBERS.

Multi-instrumentalist with an extreme metal gigging and touring background seeks four members to complete a five-piece. Not quite metal, but certainly metal-informed, and with one eye toward the old-school. Minimal writing duties, as I'm the primary composer.
What I'm looking for is members to play and sing my own music and to adhere to my specific artistic vision. That includes leaving your political agenda and religion at the door, having the right look (this means your guitars and not dressing like slobs for shows), and being cognitively comfortable and confident as part of a band that presents themes and imagery (i.e. sings lyrics) of an overtly irreligious or even occult nature—"that Devil Worship Music," as your mother might say.
If you're not cool with any of the above, then this is probably not the right band for you. I don't do this for financial gain, but what proceeds may come of it will certainly be fairly distributed amongst its contributors.

Drums—Song drummer, not a drummers' drummer—if you're a flipping virtuoso, great. You will have a few brief opportunities to go ape-feckin'-sh*te around the kit, but if the vast majority of what's called for is too easy or too boring for you, this isn't for you.

Bass/Backing vocals—That's me, because finding a bassist who strikes the balance of competence and enthusiasm is a fool's task, while great guitarists are in abundance.

Two Guitarists: Must have at least some shred capability, and the ability to either write solos or learn them note-for-note. Proficiency with pedal operation (including wah), but especially old-school, on-the-fly volume knob changes. Humbuckers, not single-coils, but if you have a coil-split, that's the jam. No locking tremolos—you need to be able to do gapless re-tunes during a set.
Preference given to those who can confidently handle light vocal harmony duty while playing (it's written so it's easy).

Lead Vocals: Female. Either alto or soprano will do, but if you're kind of in the middle, then that's perfect. You have a good grasp—nay, a deathgrip—on harmony, and you can sing both straight and with vibrato where appropriate.
Must be able to take vocal direction.
Most importantly: Sing with your own voice—do not affect your idols'. Many want ads will read something to the effect of, "seeking female singer who sounds like [_]." Not this one. If I detect that you're doing the same dead-on Amy Winehouse or Regina Spektor (or anyone else) impersonation that every single other singer chick is doing, you won't be considered.
Oh, and one more thing: You need to be drenched in and to exude sorcerous femininity. Be a witch.

All: Must be able to learn and replicate pre-existing parts to a fairly accurate degree. Your input is welcome but not guaranteed consideration.
If you can't play both with and without a click, or if you are unable or can't be arsed to read tab, don't waste my time.

Let's start a band.
