I played in a band with my mother and father for 15 years where we played hits from the '30s and 40s and fifties sometimes. I went on to play with several short-lived bands, making blues and rhythm and blues and my favorite improvisational jazz

Influences
I like to think that all drummers have a lot to offer and rock and roll it seems like it's the same thing over and over again as does country and western. Any rhythm and blues band and improvisational is enjoyable due to the fact that it's laid back and every outing is a little bit different.

EQUIPMENT
At this time I don't have a set of drums but if I thought I would perhaps find the right band I would have your standard trap and any equipment that would enhance the rhythm experience.
