I’m a 32 yr old woman and Army veteran living in DC, originally from Memphis, who’s sang in gospel choir and classically trained. I’m a pure alto who can also sing most baritone and tenor parts, I can sing soprano for background vocals if needed. I picked up acoustic as a hobby and to accompany my own voice for my own music, but not ready to join a band as an instrumentalist, only vocals for now.
I’m 6 foot tall, not a soprano, and I have no desire to be the “hot leading lady” and I don’t plan to change anything about myself to be that. Ive outgrown the want to be a pop star I’m doing this for my love of music and that alone. If you want a musician in your band or project, I’m that and would love to work with you.
