Classically trained and schooled, I read & write music, know chord changes, play by ear, and can improvise. I've recorded with several professional groups in the studio, and have played bass in the casinos with international stars, such as Ray Charles, Andrea Bocelli, Byron Stripling, Jimmy Heath, Michael Feinstein, Jimmy Buffett, Anne Murray, Bobby Vinton, etc. and played in several regional classical orchestras.
